Here's a Story..........epitome of this site.

So I'm driving home from NYC after NYE (unfortunately didn't get to see the Phish show [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-mad.gif[/IMG] ) and I'm just south of 'Cuse on 81N. Real bad weather, and I'm slowly passing a truck and begin to fishtail from being in his wake of sleet and slush. After ALMOST saving it I end up slamming my front end into the guard rail as the truck speeds on. Do a complete 180 and slam the right rear into said guard rail. Now I'm freakin out cause all I see are white lights comin right at me.....but end up pulling to the side of the road safely without hitting anyone else (thank god). Needless to say I've done a little over $10,000 worth of damage to my baby blue pearl . Insurance is fixin it, but wont get it back for two more weeks (middle of feb). However when I do get it back it will be better than ever (thanks to TOCA for the OEM bumper, Kaminari front lip, and OEM rear lip that will save me some serious cash)

Anyways, if it wasn't for this site I don't know what I would have done, I've found some great parts and some great projects that I can't wait to do once I get her back. Thanks for daily Civic fix 7th Gen. and be on the look out for my pics in quick week...[IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/IMG]

Yeah man I'm glad to hear you're ok. This site definately kicks, I learned pretty much everything about my car on this website. I'd be lost without it. Good luck with your car though.

glad your still pretty much intact physically, just hope your alright mentally!
that civic of yours is coming out of the shop cleaner than......something clean and waxed.......
