to spoil or not to spoil???
should i get a spoiler my eternal blue sedan? THAT IS THE QUESTION. i like the look of spoilers on coupes (obviously) but i dont think they all look good on sedans. now would be the perfect time for it cause its in the shop getting a kaminari front lip and an OEM rear lip thrown on.
this car looks dope without one:
Without spoiler NICE
i figured i'd ask the people who know best what they think and cause a heated discussion!

It depends on the spoiler. See how the back of the sedan slant downwards... If a spoiler on the sedan slants upwards it would balance the back of the sedan a little bit. It would have to be flush mounted though. That would be a very nice look IMO. I've seen some ridiculously high aluminum wings on sedans and they actually complement the car. Makes it look like a rally car. So either a flush mount spoiler that makes the rear end either flat or slightly pointed upwards or a rather big aluminum wing that fills up that space so that you don't notice the downwards pointed trunk. Just my opinion, but that's what I see as aesthetically pleaseing. No spoiler isn't bad either, but that downwards pointed trunk is kinda icky IMO.

If you're gonna do it, go with the OEM style. I've never been a fan of the aluminum wing, it just makes the car look cheaper IMHO. Or if you find someone who makes a WingsWest coupe style wing that actually sits on the deck. I haven't seen one for the sedans yet, I drive a sedan too, and I would like one that sits that low, if possible. Anyway, I'm rambling, OEM or smaller

just to clear things up, that link isn't my car. its one that looks smooth without a spoier.
anyone heard anything about those m3 type spoilers for civics? the ones that just attach right to the trunk with no space in between?

aluminum.

aluminum. If you must put a spoiler on it go with OEM. Your car looks clean right now but don't make a joke out of it by putting some huge aluminum wing on it. . . IMO just leave it the way it is and put the money elsewhere.
