Hey maybe some of you read my post earlier about the accdient i was involved in. Someone hit the front of my car which is a 1998 Honda Prelude and now I need a new hood, fender, and headlight assembly, the bumper just has some paint marks on it that will be fixed, so thats not being replaced. So in this whole deal I am probably going to try and get a carbon fiber hood. My car is red, and the only exterior mods i have are carbon fiber tailights, I was wondering how you all thought the red car would look with a carbon fiber hood? If anyone comes across a pic of a prelude with a carbon fiber hood and the car happens to be red, post it up please. Thanks a lot.

Rep Power: 0 well it looks like im going to be getting the vis racing carbon fiber hood and im having it custom painted, candy apple red clear coat...u will be able to see through it so u can still see the weave, but it will look red..cant wait to see how it turns out....wish me luck[IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/IMG]

Rep Power: 0 AR- how does that make me a cheap ***? many people have been in the same situation and have replaced with aftermarket parts cuz the opportunity is there, i wasnt waiting to get money.....a carbon fiber hood was in my future plans, and now the opportunity presents itself, so why not? its not like im getting any extra money out of the deal...ill prob end up paying a little bit to even things out.
