My new mod .....
I did this a month or so ago just never put the pics up of it.
Its nothing much but I had the rear deck off to put the speakers in and figured why not, I really like it.
P.S. - I live in Canada so my car "IS" and Si. "Si = Ex"

Is it a sticker that goes on over the 3rd break light?

He he, sorry man, just had to put it in there, just in case .......
Actually all i did was i went down to the local graphics place and asked for a leftover scrap of black vinyl and then took the light out and printed out an "Si" logo on the comp and cut it out with a blade, then stuck it on, it came out really good I think.
P.S. - No more "Si" cracks, im all done now ...........

I dont think it illeagal ...... or atleast I hope not, because you can still see the light, its just got a nice design to it. I could swear I have seen cars come from the factory with things that are similar, not ours, but others.

Ok a quick DIY for eveyone. Maybe I will do this again on someone elses and take better pics.
1). Get some Graphics Vinyl from a local graphics place, you dont need much about 6" x 12" should be enough, most just throw it away as scraps so chances are you can get it for free.
2). Find a nice graphic to cut out, Be it a "Dx, Lx, Ex, Si, ect ...." even your username is cool.
3). Print out Graphic to scale, it helps to have the light housing there to compare it too, i didnt .......
4). Lay out the piece of vinyl and tape the graphic to the top of it, make sure to center it.
5). Using a very sharp hobby knife, or blade, trace around the outside of the graphic, be careful not to cut any details of it.
6). Using the knife pull away the cut out pieces, and fix any imperfections in the cut.
7). Apply the vinyl to the brake light making sure to center the graphic on the light.
8). Cut away any remaining vinyl by tracing around the outer edge of the light, most of the edges will be hidden once in place, so dont worry about how it looks.
9). Replace light in the Rear deck, and replace the deck.
10). Test it out ........ Viola if all went well it should look sweet.
Enjoy guys, and Good luck ..........
