Civic in storage

Just put my civic in storage today to keep milwaukee's winter salt off of it. Now I will be rollin' in the 1992 Merc Topaz. Hel yeah!!! Is anyone else, in areas that get snow, storing thier car? Is it alright to put
STABIL(fuel stabilizer) in our tanks? Also can we fog our cylinders? Holla back at me.

Mine will be getting put up this weekend... I have a wonderful '87 cougar. I have to get it tuned up and ready to run for the winter. I would definatly use some sta-bil for the gas.

I am not sure what you guys are talking about... I am looking forward to putting the civic away for the winter. It gives me time to work on it. Shavin everything and making a custom fiberglass box. I love winter storage. I'm sure it doesnt hurt that I have a 6 car garage with one stall dedicated to a paint booth. may be a little different for me huh

Ugg I hear you guys I wish I could put my civic in storage about the only thing I can do is keep it in a car tent when I am not working. The NorthWest rain and mud is a pain sometimes but when I lived in Arizona my old civic paint and molding started fading with all that sun so can't win HAHA

Isn't it kinda early to be puttin your cars away in storage? It's not even September yet. Luckily for me, where i live we don't really get snow. Maybe twice during the winter we get half a foot of snow, but then the rain washes it all away.

i keep my car heated garaged year round night. yes i drive it during the winter if the weather's not terrible. i believe if you clean and garage your car, things will be ok. chicago's been missing out on the long months of snow these past few years. only like 3 months of snow. plus i don't drive much anyways.

is your car on blocks?
have you disconnected the battery?
what else have you done, cause i find this storage topic intesting.
i am getting an 82 coupe deville in the near future so i am considering a some things.
