getting rid of wheel caps
ok i have no money for new rims, but i really want to paint my callipers blue, the problem is that under my wheel cap( the plastic cover) there is a black circle attached to the wheel that has small holes which cover the inside of the wheel, i saw a couple of 2doors without that black thing, can i get rid of it.

That's funny. That's the metal wheel. Your tire goes on it. It attaches to your hub. Your hub attaches to your drive shaft. Houston, we have a newbie.
I think the black thing that you are refering to is your stock rims and the plastic cap are you hubcaps.
