There's a stand holding it up. You can tighten or loosen it from the back and adjust it to face u or passenger or both. I will try to ger pics when i can.

Yeah I know. I've been bothered plenty about that. I need a knew ****. But i dont hink imma get a short shifter. I heard they're not too good for ur synchros/tranny.

For the bazillionth time..the length of the shifter cannot in any way affect the syncros or transmission...It makes no difference whatsoever to the transmission. The cables for the transmission are still being moved just as much...the distance between where the shifter is mounted and where the cables attach are completely unchanged. Anything above that point has no effect on the transmission in any way. [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-cool.gif[/IMG]...Only shift kits for auto transmissions which increase pressure during shifts can cause damage...but that's a completely different product all together...
