J00 is like my Foot Rest?

Sorry for the crappy pictures. It's dark out already and I just finished working on it. Too shiny! Hehe...
I shaved off the plastic tread underneath. I think I'll try to find some rubber for the large holes. Then I'll plug them up with it. That might look better.
The DIY is coming as soon as I feel that it's finished. Not yet though, the plastic under the holes looks yucky. I tried sanding it down, but it didn't really work that well. I guess I could try harder, but I like easy solutions. Rubber circles would be better IMO.
Whatcha think?

No offense but, it looks like you slapped on sand paper on the brake and clutch pedals. Correct me I know I'm wrong. But can you explain what kind of style that is. I'm lost.

Damn it Grey, you beat me to it.
I was working on one for my car (to match MOMO Superturismos), oh well, mine is different anyway.

Yeah, I don't know if I'll ever make a ton of them for people. You tell me how much you'de be willing to pay for one and I'll tell you if it's worth my time.
Yo Grey,
Thanks for the template and the DIY !!!!
I just got my friend to CNC machine them for me - he works in a metal fabricating shop. The sides are so damn smooth.
He had to redraw your template into Autocad to the the exact measurements (ie. radius) and then create the CNC program for the automated machine to cut them out.
Also we didn't have 1/8" thick aluminum on hand so I went up to 1/4". It looks pretty good.
I just need to drill the holes, find some skateboard grippy tape and bolt them on!!!!
As for mass producing them, he can do it no sweat. The CNC machine is really awesome to watch and incredibly fast.
It cut the gas pedal and in about 2 minutes and drilled all the holes within 30 seconds!!!!
Question: For attaching the gas pedal, did you just tap the gas pedal, its plastic. Has it gotten loose over time. The other two pedals are okay because I can put a nut to hold the bolt.
My next project is to make a GrillCraft replica lower and upper grill. He has a Tig welder to weld the support rod that goes all around the grill.
And of course it will be made out of aluminum too.
After that, we're as going to make CNC machined aluminum gauge bezel. I think people are buying these off ebay, but we can make them no prob.
Keep an eye on my profile for pics...

Wow, 1/4" thick? How will you bend that? The gas pedal has a curve to it and the clutch and the brake pedal both have rather large curves to them.
Yeah, the gas pedal was just attached using these little stainless steel screws. They bite into the plastic and they hold really well. I haven't had any problems.
I should update the DIY with better mounting instructions 'cause I updated the hardware. You use slightly longer screws and small nuts in back to attach the pedals.

Drill presses, metal lathes, you name it.
As for bending the pedals, he has this big *** bender thingy (can't remember what is called - douh) that can bend metal. I'm so stupid right now ...looks like a piston arm hooked up to an air compressor...its loke 8 feet tall...
As for the screws, I'm going to use black screws to give it my own personal touch
If I were to do this again, I'd go with 1/8" metal, but from the side profile they look awesome...
I'll try to get some pics up when they're in for ya...
