My BW LX
Hey guys, I got my kit and everything is on and ready to go. I know what your gonna say. Why did I put the kit on before it was painted. Well if you look real close in the pics, my door and fender got hit its hard to see but they are going to be repainting all those panels and wanted to make sure everything matched right so wanted me to have the kit on the car when I take it there. They will probably take it off but thats just what I was told. Anyways let me know what you think so far.

Wow. I really like that Black Widow kit. I think I just might have to get that now over the Kaminari kit. A few questions first.
1) How is the fit? Does everything like up properly?
2) Is it fiberglass or urethane? If it's fiberglass, forget it. I'm not wasting my money.
Otherwise, very nice. Can't wait to see it painted.

Hey wusup, this is me just another SN. But yea...the kit was kind of a b*tch to put on. I had to take out some of the factory clips to get it to fit and do a few other things. It took about 2 mnths for it to come in. I am not sure but I havent seen to many people in the US with it. Correct me if I'm wrong. Also yea its all fiberglass, and it came wit a few chips on it already but wasnt anything that couldnt be fixed.

Yeah, definately. That's one sweet-*** kit. I'm definately feeling it. Too bad it had to be fiberglass. Is urethane just that much that companies don't want to make kits out of it? I'd imagine that it would be cheaper than fiberglass. I'm going to wait and see if BW comes out with one in urethane, or some company copy-cats it, like asylumns. Oh well. It'll definately look sick once you get it painted.

No offense, but everyone saying that they wish it were Urethane... It has its downsides too, primarily, it WARPS! :S
Fiberglass is good if you drive it nicely... but again, you're always gonna run into chips and stuff like that... but yes, Urethane warps under heat!
BTW< The kit looks great! Good choice! While they're repainting... get them to mold the skirts in!

Yep, I do... but the quality really depends... Like My friend, the one I was talking about got a Xenon kit for his 5th gen, and it's warped nasty now...
Maybe this isn't the case with all kits.
If not, then I apologise for my ignorance!

I personally wouldn't have put the kit on until I could afford to paint it right away, because the most ghetto lookin $hit in the world is an unpainted and mounted body kit. It will eventually look good when you paint it though, but right now.... well.... no.

Um . . . I believe he said he's getting it painted right away, the shop just wanted it mounted when he gets there because they're fixing other exterior imperfections as well . . .

when it's painted. Good luck
