OK, I'm impressed . . . those look REALLY good! Did you move the edges of the accelerator and brake closer together slightly? Kinda looks like it. Great DIY, Grey. You da man!

First off, thank you, thank you...
No, I tried to keep everything aligned. I think it looks that way because each pedal is bigger than stock. Plus the brake pedal has that little dimple sticking out that does come closer to the gas pedal. Toe/Heel enabled.
Nah, not really... I used a piece of wood, an anvil, a jig saw, a sander, a drill, a drill press, a countersinking bit, a sanding bit (custom made), a file, sheet metal scissors (for the sand paper), super glue, 3M spray adhesive, clear spray paint, sanding pads, rubbing compound (to polish), a buffing pad, a tap, and that's it. You can go without the drill press, the jig saw, the tap, and the anvil and acheive the same results. I will actually be writing up my DIY with the fewest amount of tools possible. I used too many and sometimes they weren't as effective as something else.

i gotta say that looks pretty tight. still think you should have put a strip of sandpaper on the gas pedal to match, but its a personal thing. hehe but i like the clutch/brake pedals clean like that...w/o screws showing.
very nice job. and heel/toe enabled?? haha didnt you say that thats kind of a pointless thing to do on FWD cars? lol

Yeah, it's pretty much pointless. Well, IMO it is. WhiteRabbit was saying soething about how it is beneficial even in a FWD car. I don't get how it could be though? Oh wait, now I remember. It's to cut down the time betwean changing your foot's position. That still makes a difference in cornering. You can go into the corner quicker and you can brake later, 'cause you'll be able to accelerate sooner without changing your foot's position. Something like that...

thanks Grey. Looking around the site it looks like most of the people around here can do this with just a little bit of time. I guess I can wait for the DIY, unless there are some that want you to hook us up and us hook you up with the $$$.
