looks good try to clean the look up thou and it would be hella tight your custom trunk was a good idea but it does not have that clean look im not dissin your ride its tight just giving my opinion
Actually the wrap is a great idea! It is usually is used on the intakes of a turbo and the exhaust manifold! It is good for keeping things cool as well as keeping the heat in! I would have done the same thing wrap the header to keep heat in and wrap intake to keep the cold air truely cold! Dakota
Nice Car!!The combination of your wheels, the drop and the bodykit looks good.Your wheels look bigger considering they're 17" which is good Make sure u keep us updated on your progress with the car and good luck with the trunk work.Btw,with your 17" and neuspeed race, how many finger gap at the front and back if u don't mind me asking.
Looks great. Yes, the wrap kicks it. VERY useful stuff, good job wrapping the header too. Do you have it wrapped back to the cat? If not, you should. You can wrap your fuel lines with that same reflective you have on the intake too. Every little bit helps. I predict that eventually you (and I) will crack that DC header with it wrapped like that. But, so what, by then someone will have made one that really gives us some results. Or maybe a turbo?

I'm no expert on this, just relaying some stuff that I have read about wrapping a header. Here are a few things I found just by doing a Google search...
We get lots of questions about the thermal wrap products that are seen on various classes of competition cars. it's natural to assume that because racers use a product, it must have some performance benefit. The theory behind thermal wrap is that maintaining the combustion heat in the exhaust system improves scavenging. But on street driven cars any small advantage you might gain is offset by ugly side effects.
Racers don't mind replacing exhaust system components frequently -- you will. On street driven cars, you want to get rid of the heat. The higher the exhaust system temperature, the faster you'll burn out gaskets and destroy the headers, converters and mufflers. Unless you've got money to burn, our advice about using thermal wrap is DON'T!
Thermal wrap does a better job at insulating heat and reducing under hood temperatures, but they also tend to hold in moisture and cause rust. If you use wrap on a street car, you should use a coated header to help it last. Headers will not last as long if they are run hotter, and wraps make the header run much hotter. The metal will fatigue much quicker. Gaskets will also fail sooner if the system is hotter, especially the collector gaskets.
If your vehicle is being run on the street or for extended periods of time, you should never wrap headers. Exhaust wraps insulate the exhaust too much and the exhaust temperature is raised to a level that fatigues the header material causing cracks.
Not my info, but definitely something to think about before doing it. I am sending my stainless headers off to be coated with one of the new heat ceramic coatings that are out now. The finished product looks just like polished aluminum.

Thank you SQCivic. All those cons are right on. There is no doubt that the header will probably crack eventually, but I feel that's a worth while trade off. By then there should be some other header out for our cars that actually produces HP. What a great excuse to get a new one. No?
I'm sorry, but that car is straight up GHETTO! c'mon guys. big *** flip down monitor, WTF? @least get an indash LCD. Engine bay looks like trash, loose wires everywhere. What kinda system is that & don't tell me its CUSTOM. It just looks like a wannab BALLER car.
Thats just my opinion.
