Did you DIY or have a shop do it? I know they wanted like 175 bucks to do mine, but I have the tools to do it. I could do it at school, but I don't think my car would be cold enough to do it properly, so I'd probably end up doing it at home.

I paid $200 at a local shop that I've went to for a while. At the time it was winter and I was going to school full time and it was winter (brutal in Ohio) so I saved my self some trouble and let them handle it. At the same time, they tore the old **** tint off my windows and put new on for only $85

I wouldnt say you need a valve adjustment unless your engine is running "rough". In my case, I had a ticking sound coming from the engine and it seemed to be running "out of time" at about 157k. Got the adjustment done, the ticking went away & it runs like a watch.

Should adjust your valves long before it runs rough. Should adjust it when they start ticking, or before. It's in your owner's manual.

Honda says to get them adjusted every 15k. I didnt notice you said you have 183k. Since you havent done it, id say its time. You'll notice a difference.

226000km give or take. home built short ram intake, megan race header, 3rd timing belt, a cushion under the seat cuz it's so pounded out. (hint i could really use a nice racing seat on the cheap). and a cool 9-ball shifter that i made myself.
