Boostedlsvtec's Turbo Build
Hey guys just checking out the site. Im from Saskatoon and Moose jaw. I own a 2000 civic si coupe that im currently building.
Motor setup
Edelbrock Intake Manifold Victor X
bottom end was built by laskey racing
Benson sleeved block b18a 84mm
balanced and micropolished crank
CP pistons and rings with upgraded wrist pins (9:5:1)
Eagle H beam rods
ACL Bearings
OEM (TypeR) oil pump
OEM Water Pump
OEM timing belt
Lower gasket set
APR main stud kit
Blueprint and assembly
Block is O-ringed with golden eagle wire
Golden eagle Vtec Conversion Head Dowels
Golden eagle 84MM head gasket
Golden Eagle head studs
Golden Eagle MAIN GIRDLE kit
Precision CNC machined from 6061T6 billet aluminum.
With OEM main bolts & washers
Includes oil pickup and windage tray
P72 oil pan
Head is a PR3 head
port matched
supertech valvetrain
springs/ti retainers
Stainless Steel, Nitride coated valves
CTR cams
Skunk2 Pro Series adjustable cam gears
valve cover tapped for catch can
turbo setup just test fitted will be getting new manifold and dp

Wow, nice engine build you have going. I imagine you're looking for 500hp+ given the sleeved block eh?
Do I see a bit of reverse rake or is that just the photos?
(I'm going to move this to member rides, I'm sure people outside of Western Canada would be interested in following the build)

I was gonna say my usual welcome and help you find your way around, but obviously you know what you're doing. I'm quite speechless.
That is a sinister car, I could only dream of having that much work put into my Civic.

hopefully have motor/turbo setup in by may and tuned soon just waiting on top mount and few odds and ends. Thread Starter

I heard they vibrate bad!. Honestly only thing better over my civic was the powe which is about to change... The civic has way better ride and handling. The cobalt interior was so cheap feeling and such long throws it was hard to bang gears. lol civic is way more fun to drive!
. (currently got jdm gsr in my civic until get the rest of parts to install new motor/turbo setup)

thanks man. Upadate Top Mount was shipped today hopefully see it soon.. delay on the mounts "Your mount kit is currently being made for you in the custom 95a bushing you requested by Innovative Mounts the manufacturer. " Mounts might take lil while oh well :P picking up my 2000CC ID injectors friday

Guess no one else is crazy enough to order anything that stiff
They do vibrate pretty bad at idle and it gets a bit old after awhile, but other than that it's not to noticeable. Definitely a worthwhile sacrifice, car feels way more solid having a good set of mounts.

yeah pretty solid build...hate living in canada and waiting for parts....haha hopefully drop in the motor this weekend or next and do tranny swap along with stage 5 Competition Clutch install.
