Rep Power: 157 This is Victor
I'm on this forum daily, but I like to keep to myself most of the time. Anyway I figured I introduce Victor to the community. I'm currently going the NA route because I'm having a baby in January and that's more important then my swap fund.
2001 Civic EX Clover Green Pearl
Mods are minor but include:
AEM Cold Air Intake
Megan 4-1 Header
Custom header back exhaust 2.25 (Vibrant Hi-Flow race cat, Vibrant bottle resonator, Hushpower DBX muffler by flowmaster)
Went from OEM steelies w/ hubcaps to rims from my buddies EM1
(Intake was free, buddy works at a dealership and someone wanted a stock airbox, header I got a deal on for $100, exhaust cost around $350, wheels were $200) So all in all not to pricey.
I recently ordered a couple things so expect an update in a week or two! (found a crower stage 1 cam on clearance for $250 )

www.speedwaymotors.com 299.99 and my buddy had a code that got me money off. (They still have them in stock I believe, $299.99 is still cheap without the code).

Hopefully I can pick one up at that price, I wish I hadn't just paid tuition.
Once it's installed add a review to the stage 1 cam sticky, the more info we can add to that thread the better.

I hate paying for books more then tuition, such a scam.
I'll definitely post a review when I get it in, I must of read about this cam 1000 times on the same 10 threads so I'm excited to see what it can do. I'll try and get a 0-60 vid to maybe.

No doubt eh and at the end of semester you can only get a fraction of what you paid back, I usually try to get my books from the library.
The clover green is cool too btw, you don't see many clover em2s.

I've seen a lot of threads about people being super duper amped on buying a stage 1 then not doing it, but I like to keep my promises, so here's a little update. OEM + Crower = Happy Honda. Should be getting all this in over the weekend

I got some exterior stuff coming in next week too, nothing that special though. I was also looking into raceland coilovers, I heard so many good things about them for the price but idk.

Re: This is Victor
In my country most EM2 owners go for the BC Racing coilovers ... fair price for some really good coilovers

Ok so I managed to get the foglights in the bumper, but I couldn't find how to install them (the wiring harness looks nothing like any of the DIY, possibly because it uses H11 bulbs but idk), so no pics of that until its done (gonna have a buddy help who's already done it). But I did get a headlight restoration kit and all I can say is, best $16 I've ever spent. Here's some photos. (That's my friend Peter in the bumper cutting pic).

There's a few different ebay harness designs, you could just make your own harness by taping into the headlights for power and adding a switch to the line.

I'll try and take a pic of it, it doesn't even look like it connects to anything power wise, its so odd, and the cabin harness is odd too, its got a lot of like single wires that look like round hollow tips.

Cam is in, low end feels similar but holy ***** does 3rd pull now. Cars a bit lopey, my mechanic had to adjust the valves a couple times. I'm sure once the ecu catches up it will feel even better.

ECU seems to be catching on, gave it a hard pull from a stop with my gf in the car, she started laughing like crazy and goes "your never allowed to drive like that again". Such a good buy.
