Yeah they are but how much bass I get out of 500 rms is amazing. I am third on the spl chart at the local stereo shop

Nice, did you get a readout of how much DB you're pushing?

Could prolly easily beat those MTX's with a basic single 12" setup if you know what you're doing
Mind you, MTX has awesome subs for the price though.
What are you pushing them with?
