If your budget is 4000 then the 99 si is for you especially if you want the faster civic of that model. The other good choice would be the 02 si but they are round 7000.

Johnny Tran stole my S2000 that I had over $100K in mods.

Notice how it doesn't say clean title so it might and probably does got a salvage title.MSRP on that car is still around 15k.

The best and easiest way to improve your MPG's and HP, is to do the "minor bolt-ons". Which are intake, headers and exhaust? There are so many brands to choose from and it also depends on your engine model. There are cheap parts and there are expensive parts. EBay is a great spot to shop from, but try to stay clear of the eBay specials. Go with a good name brand. You can tell the ones who have bought the special parts; they sound like high speed lawn mower engines. You definitely don’t want that, we already get teased for being “ricers”. My ’02 civic “minor bolt-ons “ is set up like this…AEM short ram intake, DCsports stainless steel headers, and Greedy EVO2 exhaust.
Just follow this rule when buying parts and you won’t go wrong. FAST… RELIABLE…CHEAP (You can only pick two)
