Hahaha!
Dude it looks cool but that grille.... and the wheels don't really work for that civic. The body kit is okay but I think it may be a bit too much. I don't mean to rip on your car but your trying too hard to make it look like the fast and the furious. You've come to the right site for help
Step 1: Tone it down a bit!

I bought it like that. I've only had it for 2 weeks. Got pulled over 2 days ago because my exhaust was too loud, haha.

Did you actually get a fine? Cops can be real dick's for small stuff like that. I think the paintjob is fine unless it's not good quality in your opinion. What do you want to do with it?

The paintjob was obviously an amateur job. The trim along the top of the door was slightly painted, the part of the headlights under the hood has paint on it, and they even painted the godamned antenna.
Right now I want to get a new paintjob, like a sweet *** blue. I saw an Evo the other day with a dark blue, it looked sick. I also need to replace the carbon fiber grill and the antenna. The side mirrors are carbon fiber, but I really like them. Don't want to do too much with it since I'm leaving for Afghanistan in April, but I want to get rid of these annoyances. It needs a color that isn't so bright.

Well thank god it wasn't YOU that did that to it.
Before you do the paint, go back to stock bumpers so you can paint it all in one go. Get a lip or something.
Go back to OEM grille
Go back to OEM headlights
I don't even want to know what the rear end looks like... but if it has Altezzas or anything like that... fix them.
That will fix it up nicely
