need help asap. any one got pics of teh nrg hood dampers from a rsx on our vics. got mines but habin trouble installin em... pics would be lovley.. i did search and find teh teins one but was wondering if people had teh nrg pics kuz i know some peeps used em..

i got TEIN dc5 ones... they hit the hood a lil and i have a lil raised jdm-ish hood...i got a thread i started under my username when i installed them

this is the way u want them to look with the hood hidge. my hood is off cuz i take it off for shows and didnt put it back on but gives u an idea

sounds to me u got the wrong dampers. i installed mine in 15 mins, close the hood and had a then stared at it with the hood open for another 15 mins.

u put them on top of the stock hood hidge. theres a groove that it goes around at the top. use the top hole on ur hood. is that what ur doin?

no. look at the 2nd pic. u got the nrg hidge in front of u THEN the stock one.

yeh figured it out. they wont fit 04-05. our headlighst have a different mounting point on teh fender which makes ur guys fender eiteeh rlonger/shorter so the length is off and wont fit dc5 or tein or any rsx hood dampers!!!have to do custom stuff
