Not bad man. So you just need bulbs and ballasts then? How much will those run you? I've been toying with the idea of a xenon setup myself.

i need bulbs (40bucks) ballasts (i can get those PNP kits for 100 bucks or a OEM one for 180ish) and i need to get shrouds ( ~30bucks) and wiring harness ( 40 bucks)

oem is way better then any generic ballasts.

is the lens clear or frensel? I know the 06-07 headlights used frensel lens and the 04-05 used a clear lens.

for those, they take d2s bulbs. cant use ebay ballasts unless you buy AMP to D2S converter cables. with the cheapness of oem ballast (many are $100 pair), may as well just find something like that. generic ballast is junk. and get some nice oem philips d2s bulbs, the 85122+ is the brightest.

fresnel is the circular pattern seen on this lens. it gives less color and cutoff isnt as sharp. Clear lens > fresnel


anyways back no topic dont waste your money on a kit, oem quality cant be beat. What kind of shroud are you getting?

either way you'll be happy. Once you go HID you never go back. I had e46's on my civic and now i have clear lens tsx's on my integ. I really love the color cut off.
