@Da1lyDr1ver - I don't know, it looks like it, but I haven't pulled the rocker assembly off yet. I'll pull it off tomorrow and take a look.
I got the mani used from Sujak (I think) for about $200.
Yeah, I don't know what the deal is with the hash marks. What's even more strange is that they are raised. Not like scratches.

you'll know if you have Crower cams in there by looking at the lobes. the stock cam is all silver in color and the Crower cam should have black lobes.

Wait, I mean, I see black lobes! (That's weird, I think the head is haunted....) My camera battery is dead, so I will snap some more photos of it tonight when I get home from work, and probably pull the rocker assembly off of it as well.
I hope the postman is good to me again today. Last time I caught him in bed with wif........whoops, wrong story. Hopefully he brings more car parts today!

nice job on the investigation. just make sure when you assemble everything back together, you put that red lube stuff back on the cam and the everything the cam contacts. its supposed to help ease friction and help "break in" your cam.

is it hard putting in the cam? i have a Crower stage 1 sitting at home. i called a shop and they told me that its about 5 hours of labor totaling $350.
they said that i wont have to pull the head off, but how hard is it to get everything in there? i'm not a dumbass when it comes to cars, but i have never dont this type of thing before. do i have to mess with the timing belt at all? i'm planning on getting the Honda shop manual and taking a look for myself before i call it quits and give it to the shop.
