yea ive seen that lip b4 they do come from the philipines i personally dont like that lip nor would i want a lip on this bumper it sits tooo low for a slammed car the bumper scrapes as it is now.

no the hybrid front bumper is diff then the philpines.. the 04 fogs fit the usdm hybrid front. and i got mine for 170 from honda using my uncles body shops name so i get it for cost. and paid 200 to get it painted and modified it for the red H you cant use the h on it unless you make an adapter plate cuz the hybrid H is so damn big

i said it before and i'll say it again... 04 fogs will NOT fit 03 hybrid bumpers. if you pay attention to the shape, the 04 is taller/bigger than the cut off for the 03... OMG common sense.

lol those fog holes are not the same on the usdm bumper look at my pics with the hybrid bumper i have it i know what fits and the 04's do fit.

if you look at your 03 USDM hybrid, the cutouts for the fogs have an obtuse (more than 90 degree) angle on the upper left.
im still unconvinced. however if you could prove me that the 04 fogs will fit the 03 USDM hybrid bumper (the one you have) then i have to say, that's nothing but good news to me.
the reason i say it is that im currently working on getting the 03 hybrid bumper and trying to get the "real" foglights (not the 04/05) that's supposed to go with it.
so really man, i don't want to argue. your car just sealed the deal for me on getting the hybrid bumper for my sedan. i just need more confirmation that 04 fogs would fit. do you have any pics??? if you could find a way to post it and prove me wrong, please do it. like i said, it would make my life much easier. LOLOL.

hey been at class then worked on car.. yea i see what your talking about but on my usdm bumper i can fit the 04 fogs lol the fog hole is alot bigger then the filipino one.
