I would bet that it isnt hard at all to fit that exhaust on our car. I would bet there is a flange that connects the pipe from the axle to the muffler. That means you just need to have a pipe bent to match your car in the same diameter and weld the axle back portion of the exhaust to the other pipe.

Chances are if its an 03', it's not gonna smoke very many people, lol. I don't get why everyone doesnt just by Magnaflow. They supply Dyno results for most their exhausts, nice low hum at low rpm's which helps with the cops, and makes a 7thgen sound like it actually has some power at high rpm's. I love it
Re: 7th gen w/ 8th gen exhaust... VID!
^^^^^hell ya thats the one i want. and there not real loud and they sound really good. and its a magnaflow, doesnt get much better than that.
Re: 7th gen w/ 8th gen exhaust... VID!
cause if your car is as low as mine is now, you're gonna need, not want, a smaller canister muffler...i've already managed to seperate the weld on the rear cap dragging it out of my mom's driveway when i went home to visit
other than that, i like the way it sounds and i got it pretty cheap, 300 or so 3 years ago.

too chirpy imo better off with rsx-s muffler. 01-04 are smaller but 05-06 are bigger. i have a 05 muffler for sale if anyones interested let me know. it gives a deeper tone and not as crappy as that.
Re: 7th gen w/ 8th gen exhaust... VID!
thats a very nice sound.... i love it! Sounds like Borla exhausts. Its even shaped like one. I wouldn't be surprised if Borla was outsourced to make the exhausts for the 06+ civics.

the "ricey" sound is because there is no resonator. I am willing to bet there is not cat either. With a resonator installed you will lose most of that fart can sound.

Re: 7th gen w/ 8th gen exhaust... VID!
my rs*r doesnt have resonator and it never sounds ricey even at 6k rpms. nice deep tone all the time. but im sure the 8thgen is just your average muffler too so maybe thats why. and wouldnt there be resonator on the older gen he swapped it onto?
Re: 7th gen w/ 8th gen exhaust... VID!
I am assuming that the first video is of that White Civic, (I dont feel like clicking on the link, because I am in class WIFI FTW). I have the 06 SI axleback sitting in my room, and I really don't know if I want to fit into the Civic fart can stereotype.
