you're not suppose to adjust it but you can bend it around with some brute force if you wanted to, yea they're only 18"s i wanted some 19"s or 20"s but they didnt have any

Here's my advice. Get out while you can, or get all your stock parts and then put them back on the car. I guess all your stock parts would be just the wheel covers. Another thing is too read this website for at least 6 months and then you wont be making any harsh decisions, this website will do it for you.
