Just My Luck...*56k maybe..

So I used my moms car the other day because she wanted me to bring it to the dealership so they could check out her check engine light. After the dealership, i went to go to a show at my school and came home around..midnight. and What do i see in my garage...My car all busted up.. Apparently my sister decided to use my car to go to work that day and on her way home she was taking a left and was in a blind spot of a truck taking a left. and he cut into her lane and she wasnt paying attention and the back of the truck hit the right corner side. The cop said she was at fault because the accident was at a private intersection. and since the truck was a comercial truck they're not at fault to IL laws..heh, thinking of going back to stock after fixing it and trade it in for a used Type S or something..bleh

Man that sucks but how the hell is it her fault when the truck hit her. If someone runs into your car on your private property like your driveway....its still their fault.

nah man, i was pissed when i saw that. But hey, shes my big sister, helped me out alot.and I know it was an accident. and shes paying for all damages and everything. I told her to fight the ticket but she said she doesnt have the time to. going to the shop tomorrow for a estimate.
