the rebel xti will be out shortly (or it's already out). and the 20d's price just dropped due to the release of the 30d. just a couple more options.

the rebel xt is now outdated...

We all have Rebel XTs... but personal choice is also dependent on price, too. I personally would LOVE a 5D - but it's $3,000 for jsut the body.

Go with the Xti or Nikon's equivalent.

should have a retail price of $799 with kit lens...

i want to get a 1d-mk2, but i dont have any lenses that would work on that body except my 50mm.
