If you have an 04-05 and have installed gauges please tell me which wire in the gauge cluster I am suppose to splice for my power source, 01-03 have much different wiring then the 04-05 and so I am stuck because all of the DIY are for 01-03

you need to test for an ignition using a meter, or you can go to the ignition harness and tap an ignition there. please use a fuse.

what it looks like behind my gauges

the massive amount of wires and hoses all taped up and leading to the power source

i told you it was messy lol

the switch

this is what my fuse box looks like, im guessing thats the power source in the circle but i dont jack **** about wiring so yea...

close up view

ground

my volt gauge...car off obviously

the red wires seem like they are more grounding unless you are drawing power from your emu? that seems like it would be an odd place to draw power from hmm are you sure that that is the same wirecoming from the switch inside ur car?
BlackKnight, why dont you just put a tap splice on the power source on the cig lighter/accessory input? Its closer to the gauges and easier to access than anything else. Thats what I did since I realized it goes off when the car is off. 3 years and no problems.
RHCP what do you need the switch for? To turn on the gauges?
