alright i had some problems today when i went to drop my civic. the front went smoothly along w /the rear left. then the rear right strut bolt (the one w/ the welded nut) will NOT move. after hours of me trying and heating and lubing and heating etc.. etc.. i took it to my mechanic who told me that he would have to cut the shock and replace w/ a totally new one.. well i couldnt do it today so i bought the shock and now im ryding on three HR springs and stock in the back rear how long can i do this for.. f'ed?

if you cant get the bolt off use a grinder and grid it off and buy a new bolt at the honda dealer. might be cheaper then paying the machinic to do it

1. try air tools, 2. use a breaker bar.....3. take it to honda and have them break it loose. You should not have to cut the strut.
