not without alot of custom fabrication both in a mount location and also making new plastic molds for the plugs, and rewiring it all. its been done, by a few people.

Rep Power: 273 I was thinking about doing either the ep3 type r or dc5 type r cluster swap but it looks like soo much work plus i'm gonna go for a black and red theme for my interior and i think that my 03 cluster would look better with that setup! but it's definitely has been done before... i've searched!
Last time I had this much fun some furniture got broken!

Rep Power: 273 hmmm i didnt think about that... now would the type r wiring be the same as the si/type s? if so then i can just get the wiring diagrams to those and do the swap... of course after fabbin the mounting locations!

Rep Power: 273 yea and kazell or something like that used to make conversation kits for it but he hasnt been on here for a while...and plus a couple of other people to but i think most bought the conversion kit from him.
