This has been like the best picture thread EVARRRR. But I think this threads done
Uh the only way a took hook is rice is if you use it for show...but I dont know about you guys but id rather have a tow hook on my car when im getting towed off the track. Unless u want to go the old fashioned way and get pulled out of the sand with ur *** dragged in the stuff.
The only reason that I have a front tow hook is because it is dumped. I do, however, do not have one in the rear because the stock one is visible and usable. It would not make sense to add another one.

People think anything is rice, but they don't have a clue, it's preference, i say do it, i love the tow hooks, most of all its used for Functional Purposes, i would much rather be pulled by the hook then have some redneck tow truck drive getting under my car and hook it up under there and it slipping off or pulling off your bumper. If i got one, or i should say, when i get one, you can call it rice, But if its rice then you can call every JDM inspired car, Jtuned car, Modified Car rice with it.

Alot of people also have them for track days, in which they can get used 15 times in one day if you stink at driving. Quite a few of my freinds have them so if then end up in a gravel pit or somewhere they can't drive out of, they can get pulled back in. So the people who say that don't serve a purpose arn't entirely right. You have no clue what the person who has them does with their car. And don't "assume" they don't track there car, because alot of them do. We all know what "assuming" does.
Re: jdm rear tow hook!
I mostly agree with TheSmuggler as well...If you're going to track your car and especially if you are new to racing, the tow hook is a must, cause you will very likely be using it...otherwise, I personally think they look stupid, but I can't really talk with having a few of my own rice mods.
