Rep Power: 304 You'll need a slimer radio other than stock, then need to cover the hole with plastic and fiberglass then cut the holes for the gauges then wire them, sand , sand primer then sand then paint then sand, is hard teddious work to get it just right with no cracks and no waves.
Dude is not that easy.
You may want to buy that cover piece then experiment with before you mess up your stock cover.
If you don't know much about body work and electronics, you may want to have someone do it for you.

Rep Power: 249 ^^search... it all depends on what you do to your engine.. if you build the bottom end, what psi you run, what turbo you use... there are many factors!
