I have a type B front lip. I was looking at pictures should i shave the license plate off or leave it on. just looking for opinions.

Rep Power: 0 It looks awesome off, but like white2k2ex said... depends on local laws. You could fab up a custom bracket that comes out you lower grille and holds your plate, which could detach easily for pics/ car show/ etc. A friend of mine did that with his new tc out of billet alumn. It looks really clean

Rep Power: 296 Your supposed to have it in Ohio, but i'm not putting it on the front. So i say shave it off. Remember that when you shave it off there will be a hole because its not solid behind the plate.

Rep Power: 0 ^^ what he said.... I wouldn't do it... pluggin a hole the size of a license plate in a plastic bumper would be more work than I'd want to do.. and it won't last long if you don't know what you're doing...

thanks, but that bumper looks a little different then the hybrid at my aprt complex....the one i saw looks like a regular front bumper...that grill and all is molded in? who knows thanx anyway
