My Cold air intake..

thats a nice intake, but its the short ram. they have a cold air too and it goes all the way down to the bumper.

ya and actually this one is better, it wont mess up your engine when you drive over puddles and suck in water like cold air would

ive had a cold air intake on with no bypass valve for over 2 years and never had one problem driving over puddles

that wire connected to the battery may damage your filter a little.

It's not driving over puddles that'll get ya, it's driving THROUGH water. I've been in a few situations where I've been through water that was above the bottom seal of the doors... This is why I'll never get a CAI...

if you bought that thinking its a CAI then you got ripped off, because that is a SRI.

So does this kind of filter do anything for our engine in terms of horsepower? Drove it 280 miles today... All I noticed was better throttle response and a much better sound at 5,000-7,000 RPM.
