paint rims??????

sooo i been talkin to kempster from this site...... he has the rims i like, but the kinda scratched up, soo i was wondering of i should paint them to cover it up or should i take it to the repair shop????

Repair shop because if the rim isn't badly damage your only looking at $40-$60. Then again time is money

yeaa thats tru... but i think his rims look better painted... its the Koings Verdicts... i was thinkin like a gunmetal color but i gotta see them first

Go for powdercoating. Its a lot more durable. In my area you can get a set of wheels media blasted & coated for less than $150.

^^Quick google search of your area yeilded this place. As far as which is better in the long run, I say powder. Power is applied by electrostatic spray, then it is cured (baked in a hot oven). This generally makes it tougher & more abrasion resistant than wet paint.
