I have a 04 championship white civic coupe. I am going for the whole black and white theme. I have a cf hood black rims with a polished lip and the oem fogs. My question is I am gonna be getting a type r lip and some sides and if I paint them black do you guys think it will look bad, or should I just have them painted to match. All your opinions would be appreciated. Thanks!

Wrap them in CF so it matches the CF hood.

You should get the carbon fiber kit from fiber images, it would look awesome with the white.

Paint the lip the same as the car. Thats just my opinion, but most importantly do what you like the best. I dont know how your getting it put on but if you just get it bolted or rivited on couldnt you just take it off later and paint it if that doesnt work out for you? Sounds like to much trouble to me though, if i were you id get it painted the same as the car though bro. But atleast the other way you have an options im just a lazy @ss though lol

Of course I am not "hating" on the car. But IMO what would be nice is...

Black out the top (roof)
Black out the headlights (DIY)
Not feeling the rims probably because the big chrome center piece
The wheels seem small too
Mudflaps got togo
Lip kit (color match)
CF Trunk

Other than that looks great.

yeah cant do anything but paint it, cause you need to get the urthane 99-00 type r lip and it has to be streched to fit. the cf wont stretch

Where did you find that carbon fiber hood? Ive found them for 2001, but not for 2005 EX SE. If you would let me know id appreciate it

Call engineuity they are located in chula vista there phone number is 619-336-1666 I think I paid $380 out the door Cash (no tax). It took them like 5 days to get the hood from VIS.
