Going for the sleeper look........
Due to a huge increase in the number of car thefts recently in this area, i decided to go for the sleeper look on my car.
Tell me what you think.....

So thats the outside. And here is what is going inside in a few more days....

i have 2 dents. One where someone kicked my car behind the passengers door about a week after i got it. And one in the exact same spot on the other side. They arent large at all, they just annoy me because i know they are there. But i have some small scratches and stuff here and there.
I would have thought that i would have more dents and dings, because ive had this car since january 2002, and i went 1 year at high school and 3 years at college with it. I guess i just park next to nice people.
I have done a ****-ton of things to my motor. Not just a **** load, but a ****-ton.
I have things done to it that i dont show in pictures or tell people about. There is sooooo much work into this, that most people would cry. Like i said before, i am going for mid-low 11's. And i am looking for 425-450 whp. I wont make that right off the bat, because i dont have some of my go-fast parts yet. But i will make more than 300 pretty easily with what i do have now. But i will need to upgrade some parts later on. I have just been putting this damn thing together since last march. And i have been patient enough. Since the motor is done, the only parts i will need to upgrade later are turbo-related parts. Such as wastegate and blow off valve.

i dunno....
when the car looks like it can run mid 16's tops, then pulls off an 11 second pass, i would call it a sleeper.
You cant even see my 31" x 10" x 3" intercooler out front.

well, it wasnt the stock steelies for my car. They were the 14" rims off my wifes 98 civic.
And with those on, the speedo was off. And that pissed me off.

My definition of a sleeper...
Exterior = Stock except for the tires(got get better tire for sick age')
Motor = Some thing that has a lot of potential that no body would expect (Almost a Monster engine)
Some thing like this...

when you pop the hood on mine, the motor even looks stock.
all of the intercooler pipes are run underneath the stock plastic air box. The intake manifold is hidden under the air box. And i have a custom battery cover that is painted black and hides the turbo. The only thing it looks like i have is a DC header.

imagine that aluminum cover painted black.
Can you see the IC pipes? Or the turbo?

so once i do go 11's, and come back to the pits and pop my hood, people will be soo damn confused that they will be second guessing themselves as to if this was the right car or not.
