Rep Power: 295 It definitely is NOT the ABS Dynamics Mugen styled lip.. it looks closer to Invidia's Mugen styled lip but still isn't quite - middle section does not trim off.
I'd still keep looking for what it is exactly, but Best bet might be to check the profiles of the car owner's or ask them directly.

not mugen style
mugen style doesnt flare out that much (more flat at the bottom), and the vents are more to the side

the lip on the epb definately isnt mugen or mugen style... its more like a spoon style lip for eg's ... my guess... its a eg lip fitted on the em2... I asked this question long long time ago and never got an answer 
that lip happens to be my favorite lip of all! Im trying to convince my friend into buy one and try to fit it on his em2 (that would be different)

sry but from the first pic of the blue civic an the one provided at street styler i would say its a mugen style i will tell you for sure cuz i already ordered that one.
and it does slope upward in the middle just like the one in the first pic don't let some of the dumbasses **** with your head it is a mugen style lip an i will prove it to you in a few days with a pic for evidence,latr
