Help with aftermarket pedal set

I have a set of aftermarket sparco pedal covers on my car now, but I was wondering if the type R pedals fit our cars. I assume that they do, except the type R is RHD, and I don't know if they would be different. I would just like a more stock looking gas pedal that would still work for heel and toe. The stock civic gas pedal assembly is only like $30 from majestic, but I'm sure that the ITR one is more. THanks guys.

ITR pedals are $200, but its a set of full assemblies, not covers. The R pedals are just aluminum w/o a backing. I think its hardly worth it, but whatever floats the boat.
You'd need to go up under the dash and unbolt everything, disconnect the throttle cable, clutch and brake rods and re-assemble everything.
