Painting OEM headlights

Can anyone tell me how you can take OEM headlights apart to paint the inside?
Also, I want to paint them black (JDM). Should it be satin finish or a gloss finish? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

um does anyone know if there is a tint spray or something that we an use to tint the chrome of the headlight instead of completely blacking it out ?(like how 'blacked out housing' appears on like g35s and such).

You can buy spray tint from pretty much any hobby store, i did my rear tail lights with them and it was pretty nice after i finished them. I dont know how that would look on chrome.
