new pics of my new 99 monte carlo z34 PICS! SORRY!
hey guys heres my 99 z34 with over 100 k on it now.. still looks so nice!
ive added 5 % tint all around without front windshield
sony cdx-f7710 cd player w/ aux input for my ipod with y cable
thats it for now just keeping it simple and clean
as for bringing back the gloss for the black rear panel, i used 3m glaze and buffed it out... turned out beautiful and glossy again!

its winter time so i put green towels to protect my near mint interior!
lol along with my sony headunit (not the best, but not the worst)

This is my twin brother's car lol. We are twins, therefore we have twin cars haha....his is a 98 Z34 with 106 and both look as if they are in mint condition! His also has leather and sunrrof along with the 5% tint, sub, and K&N drop filter.

my friend had a Lumina Z34, not bad.. how much did it set u back? If I had it i'd wanna do intake/exhaust, and get atleast 2 10s. prolly get nokyas or silverstars too.
not a big fan of the color but it still looks nice
not to be too negative, but w/ 100k, I wouldnt expect too much more out of it, but it might surprise you my cousin had a chevy that lasted past 255k.. but he took SUPER good care of it and was the ONLY owner.

luminas didint come with in the z34s, they were called the ltz. second of all my cousin has a z34 (98) with 300k on it and the only thing wrong with it is that the trany is sliipin a bit, both cars run smoother than ever and not one problem. cars are machines, as long as you take care of them, they will take care of you. they arent all that fast but in 98 and 99 chevy z34's came with the 3800 series 2 motor which is a good motor as a matter of fact (200 horses, 225 torque) a lot quciker than the civic, but i dont buy a car for speed, i buy a car i feel comforablte in and a car that i love the exterior on...

good for your cousin u think all cars are 100% the same?
and tranny slippin sounds like a problem to me. of course it will last if u keep replacing things.

but no not all cars are 100% the same..... even some of our civics can have bad bugs within 100k..... but its irritating when someone thingks of a domestic and says its gonna be **** 10 more k.... its not like its a ford (jk) but yeah just as long as you take care of your equipment itll be fine... and mine is running smoother than ever and nice
I hated my Monte Carlo. I had the LS so it was a 3100 engine w/ **** for gas milage and like 75k on it....I thought the Z34 had a 3400 series engine w/ 210hp..... not a 3800 w/ 200hp... but u seem to be the Monte master

I know theres some good domestics, but on average you can only expect roughly half as much from them as imports. compair the ridgeline to domestic trucks, ridgeline doesnt look as good but I heard consumer reports rated the ridgeline excellent and all its pieces fit together prefectly, unlike domestic trucks. etc.
I've only had one other car than the civic and it was a 97 chrysler concorde, and it cost me about 4500+ the last year or so I had it. we ended up putting 2x what it was worth into it.
however my mom's last mini van had 120k and only had a water pump or something tiny replaced and it was still running strong.
but dont think im anti domestic, I still want to some day own a vette

the monte carlos had the 3.4 in 95-97 with 215 hp......... then in 98-99 chevy dropped the 3.8 in it with 200 hp and still called it a z"34"...... wierd

3436lb curb, its a lot heavier than a civic too, overall its not a huge step up in performance though, only in engine size.
