What size rims should I get ???

I wondering for my 2003 Civic Lx coupe, whats the best size of rim I should put on ? I was thinking 17's, but I was told thats too big, and how bad does it kill gas mileage ?

Thanks

rims huh...it really depends on what you're going for? more performance or show? performance wise i would so with some 16's, show i would go 18 instead. I went with 18's and yes they are heavy, depending on what kind of rims you're getting. Also yes my gas mileage went down when i got heavy 18 inch axis mod 7 rims. When i had my 17 inch racing hart C2's the gas mileage was much better. Hope that helps man

Dude, those are the rims I have, I prohibit everyone here to buy them , seriously now, you should get 17's, not too big and not too small. I have 17's with a drop and I have a smoother ride than before

17's with 215/45-17 tires.. noticed no difference in gas mileage..

those buddy clubs weigh like.. 17.5-18 lbs each.. definitely lighter than stock steelies..

17s are just right. I think 18s are too big.

As for gas mileage.. it won't hurt much. My ex is stickered at 38mpg. I was getting 35mpg with stock and now with my 17s I'm getting about 33mpg.
