Tint or sub first?

just wanted to get opinions on whether i should get the new under the seat kenwood powered subwoofer... or get my windows tinted first... opinions please!

Personal preference, I would chose tint, since im not much of an ICE guy.

I really dont care about tint much at all. unless you have really sensitive eyes, in which case just get some oakleys

, then get some subs. You will get more enjoyment from nice sounding music.

Where do you live? In Cali... Tint. Car looks better too, and your interior won't fade.

i couldn't drive around without either one haha.

i'd get tint first though...it just annoys me to be in a car without tint

but i would get a sub as soon as possible thereafter.

i did both at the same time. but i would go tints, dont want people lookin in and seein your car has a system.

I would say sub. Cause you might as well spend money on sumthin you will truly enjoy then just get it after. I still have yet to tint mine, but I would take my sub over tint anyday.

tint first. subs later. tint might run you 150. system with everything can get big. a few hundred at least.

tint for sure... i'm one of the biggest I.C.E. nuts you'll find on this site, but i hate feeling like a fish in a bowl with everyone starin at me... i can't live without some thump, but the tint was the first thing on the 'Vic, the Sierra, and the Escalade, THEN the systems... just my $.02...

I say TINT. That was my very first aftermarket project after I bought the car in 2001. And right now I am still sub-less. I have all the amps but never bought sub. Also tint in the Texas heat it is almost a must have thing. Good Luck.

wow i never knew people cared so much about tint. jeeze. who cares what your car looks like for a few weeks when its only tint. get some subs and you'll be alot happier. dont jump on the tint bandwagon
