I thought it would never happen but it did Got hit in the rear by a Toyota Tacoma and almost spun out. So i pulled over along with the driver in the truck and guess what, when i get out of my car the ****er puts his **** in gear and floors it. . I caught up to him, and the ****er trys to take me out, rams his truck into my door/ front fender. But the civic wasnt fazed, had to follow him 6 MILES before he finnaly got caugt in rust hour traffic, Took highway patrol a good minute to come, but when they did he was arrested for dui and reckless driving. Heres the damage, 3500$$ worth Before

Yes he did have insurance, but i still have to come out of pocket 500$ which will be refunded after they collect on this guys insurance.

Im not gonna sue this guy, i just want my 500$ to be refunded and my car to be fixed asap.

The good news is im getting another color change, the color i was gonna get first. So hopefully ill like it better. Should have the car back before christmas, ill post pics of the new color.
