Rep Power: 264 this whole k20a3 and k20a2 thing is just like talking about the B18C and
B18C2 (or whatever the type R motor was). but u never see people going around telling others that they made a mistake by buying a shitty GSR motor instead of a Type R motor. the two motors are made for two different things and ones easier to work on than the other in some aspects like turbocharging or supercharging or all motor setups. or better yet, why the hell not drop a f20C motor into it b/c it costs just as much as a k20a2.

Rep Power: 297 i say go for it if you can get the k20a3 for $1k or less. Its probably the most gains for the money at that price. If your not happy with the power you can just spend a extra $1600 and buy the k20a2 head and tranny. If its more i say save for the k20a2 or buy one part at time and just do a k24/k20 hybrid.
