Rep Power: 287 I think i would sand the edges on the inside down a lil to round them off, and if you can, find some way to bondo the surrond to the whole peice.

Rep Power: 252 Looks good. If you're really picky.. Put some trim around it or get another one from a junkyard and try again! lol. I think it looks fine. That peice is located on the bottom. It's only noticable because it's a close up shot. If it was installed it wouldn't be so noticable. Great job though. Looks smooth.

Rep Power: 0 Yeah, sand/dremel down the rough bits. Trim would be great too, depending on what you want, I know that you can get some decent quality (vinyl) CF that might make a good trim, or alternately some sort of other vinyl. Its hard to make raw plastic look good, even with straight, sanded lines.

I would use a file to improve those edges. very slowly file it away, taking your time to make it even. it will look excellent then. but for the actual size and place of this, no one will notice and it looks good enough to be installed as is. good idea.

Rep Power: 787 ya its hard to notice since it sits down there. for now everything is installed. i'm disappointed with the timer cause the greddy and turbo timer letters light up puke green. I'm gonna have to open it now and find a way to disable those. i'll take a vid of it so you guys can hear the gay music it plays

Rep Power: 787 Fixed! This will now light up with dash lights even if the timer is turned off. Bye bye green hello red.
