i love the V2 but ive heard and seen some people crack them where it bolts down. Also for the record i went from stock box to v2 so i cant compare to other intake's

I think u will enjoy the intake more. I ordered mine the second day i had my car, but if u want some quick grunt just take off the entire left side of your intake box

u can see all the bolts that hold the left side on, just get in there and get your hands dirty. plus my dumba$$ went to a shop and ordered my intake before looking on ebay... i paid 350. ebay wants 250.

I bought all other mods from ebay. ebay sells aem v2 for the civic's as long as u check the seller's feedback and make sure u get it for the correct model and year you'll be fine

Slow Gold I noticed one more mod that you can do to help make the car a little peppier. If you look on your throttle body you will see those 2 hoses. Disconnect them and tie them together and then cap the ends with some caps or a hose that goes from one to the other with some clamps will work as well. The point of those hoses is for the throttle body to have some hot fluids run through it to prevent it from freezing. A pointless feature since most freezes occur at start up which is when the engine is cold anyway. Look up the DIY for the throttle body heater bypass. I think you'll appreciate it.
