Carbon Fiber Hood question...

Ok on the four doors the OEM trim piece that comes off the factory hood does not fit up exactly with my hood...what did all you guys, who were successful end up doing to get that darn piece to fit?

this is a really good question how do u get em 2 fit up? and also i thought some hoods came with a c/f peice right there where the oem trim was? or am i mistaken?

mine didnt had to dremel the cf out to get the oem piece to fit.

2k2_civic_ex_4d is a splendid one to behold

My CF hood came with a CF piece, I took it off and put in my chrome strip from the stock hood, fit perfectly, no problems what so ever.

yeah two doors (for the most part) come with that piece intact....i need to get this piece on my hood...i hear super glue...or maybe like the stuff car installers us and its almost impossible to get off...
