One thing I learned when I got rearended in February (damn big-a$$ trucks) is that the insurance company doesn't really want to pay out that much for "inconvenience" for an accident unless you miss work. My back and neck were a little sore, but I see a chiropractor regularly anyway, so I didn't really feel bad enough to stay home -- but my bumper didn't look as bad as yours does.

if the frame is fine just upgrade your parts. **** this is a chance to get a cf hood/trunk and full kit and not have to worry about dishing out cash. its well worth it. if the frame is tweaked, then put it back to oem and wait for the SI to come in nov and trade it in. otherwise i would keep it.
