downpipe is illegal in most states. Cam gear wouldn't do anything for you.

down pipe woould pretty much do nothing for you. even with header intake and exhaust your looking at maybe 5hp gain. but it would make your car a bit louder with a downpipe.

yeah turbo, nitrious, or k swap it, or you could sleve it, get new pistons/rods, and a stage 2 cam.

would a VAFC help me at all?? i mean it wont get me power but i can have VTEC come up quicker...thus....have the power last longer than having to wait for 4,000 RPM's...
other than that i need a good 5K...damn!!!

VAFC II wil lgive you about a 2hp increase, all it really does is increase your timming. your vtec hih cam engage ment comes in at about 2800rpm under full throttle anyways. nitrious will run about $1000 for a good setup and all the goodies with it nice was much cheaper because i got it used and it is a dry shot. my turbo kit ended up costing about $1200. but i have the SF fuel system until i can afford the AEM EMS a k-swap DIY will be about $6000 for a type-s swap.

well, i like the turbo idea a lot...but i dont know how much it would be to reinforce the Auto tranny...i would go stick but i cant drive it because i was born with a F*** up left hip...thus i cant use the clutch that well...anywho...what kind of turbo u got??? and what kind of HP gains u get from it??? can u really feel more of the power?? plus is thier a lot of lag???

garett t25bb turbo, i got a pretty good gains running on 7/8psi. but dezod had a turbo auto civic with a T3 turbo setup on a stock tranny and it ran really nice. i think they went from like 90whp to 145 whp.

bought the manifold/turbo/exhaust/IC and pipeing used with 8k. did the install myself. or else it would be about $500 for a full install. hardest part was getting the adapter and the oil line in the back of the engine. i did however get all new lines fittiings and hoses so thats what made the price
