you dont like the black on white? i lovve it..since the sidemirrors are already black, and your door handles are black..and dark bronze rims..leave it. it looks hot ! now you just need to black out your headlights !

looks cheap, like you didnt have the money to paint it. kinda like ricers who put on unpainted body kits. same thing.

yes i know it looks cheap for now....but this was just a project to see if the 99-00 lip does indeed fit....

i wasnt about to buy a 400$ carbon fiber lip and find out later it doesnt fit...

im going for an offer i saw of a cf type R style lip for 200$

now that i know it fits with no problems i can shop around...
ppl can say watever the **** they want i dont care....
even if i rocked clear lights (which i think are gay) i wouldnt care...lol

i like it...the reason cf lips are shitty are because unlike plastic, the cf does not have any play or give if you scrape something and it just cracks and you cant just fiberglass it and sand and paint...wont be cf any more...When you are far away...you usually cant tell if its cf or black any way so in a sense...cf is overrated...Nice modification...

Definatly get the CF lip, just black won't look right....You will prolly catch some more hate about it once everyone forgets about the 99-00 fitting an 04+ and realizes its just black.

wait a miniute u have an 02 civic? is that right?

if so, that's the reason
the 04-05 civic have a different front and rear bumper....that's why 99-00 lips fit...if u have an 02 that's why it didnt fit, should be fine for our 04-05
