Well it is confirmed, A 99'-00' front lip does fit on the 04's and up...... Have Fun Hunting For those LUCIOUS LIPS...and P.S. THe lip as you can see has a crack in it from my friend so thats why it may look a bit crooked...

Wow, nice confirmation! +Rep for you (i have to wait 24 hours). I remember seeing someone mention this earlier. Just a FYI, the person mentioned that the Type R lips fit as well.

Hell Yea i was so happy wen i found out .. i thought u guys wuld b too... try the 01-03 rear lip on our car to im gettin a front 00 mugen lip an rear 01-03 mugen lip .. an then 01-03 sides =) with my red badges an red gt3's an my advan sticker lol that **** is gonna look nice

The lip is a Mugen replica from a 96 hatch with a 99-00 front end conversion...on my 04 civic...thanks firecracka for the info...if it wasnt for you...WE ALL WERE JUST WAITED FOR THE DAMN PICS...thanks alot though...hehe...and about the rear lips...it would fit cause our cars have thoughs flares on them but maybe they will...

the lip is really easy to put on...took about 5 min to get it right...Just match the lip on to the lip and then match up the ends on the inside of the wheel well and put two screws into the bumper...there is very minor spaces on both sides of the middle lip but they are very small...i think tommorrow i am going to fab a bracket to brace up the middle so it doesnt move at all...I got the lip from my friend but there are so many lips for the 99-00 civics that you can probably find it on any aftermarket site...I found some at www.performancecenter.com...pretty good site...
